Brampton Aluminum Railings

Absolutely horrible company. It took 4 visits , 4 incomplete jobs, extremely poor work. Stay away from this company. Don’t let their “good prices” fool you. Customer service is horrible. All railings were short on measurements, screws all over the place. Scratches.... the installers excuse is that the boss told them to install even though it was short. Worst company I ever dealt with!

I wish that someone told me what to expect before I hired this company. They did not live up to their promises as the work was delayed by weeks without explanation and when I raised a concern with the work before it was completed the response was that they would need to be paid in full even though I never mentioned money. The service was disappointing, it did not meet my expectations and was not what any paying customer deserves. I will not use this company again.
