Loomis Express Canada

Delivery didn't arrive on schedule and no one (not one representative) could give me an idea on when it will. The driver was MIA! Waited all day to no avail. I was told Loomis was awful but always give companies the benefit of doing well. Hope I do not have to deal with this lot again.

Probably the worst customer service experience ever...

Loomis attempted to deliver a package and left a slip with incomplete information. When I called them the next day they said they'd made another attempt at 11am while I was at work. To make a third attempt they would bill me another ten dollars, even though their delivery slip was incomplete. They suggested I drive half an hour to their office to get the package, but I don't own a car and I work until after their offices closes. They said that I had to call the shipper and have them resolve it.
