Jacqueline and Pat could not have been more helpful in assisting me with operating information and guidance to get an older hot tub working at my home. This store is great! While I was shopping for a swim spa at other retailers I discovered that Empress is the only hot tub store that offers "real current of water" in the Michael Phelps spa which I was able to try in the store. The staff was very informative about all of the benefits and the delivery time and cost was exceptional. Way to go ladies I love my swim spa!

these people are a waste of time I traveled from red deer because they assured me they could get my part I needed by a certain day. l came on that day back to Calgary and she told me they only have go across town to get the part but I would be better off going to Edmonton this is one of the worst run businesses I have every dealt with

Excellent Service

We found Aqua after having horrible service from another company. I would highly recommend them. We live in Strathmore and within a day they had the problem solved.
