Very friendly and informed, and always have just what I am looking for! It is hard to find suppliers for terrarium lighting, etc. for rare lizards and they have it all or will order it in.

Very helpful. The girl there, has been there working for a while now and helped me choose the best food for my older cats witch they really love. This was at the Orillia Store on Front St.

I had to return some cans of cat food. The clerk was very helpful and understanding and made the experience painless. She helped me find a replacement cat food (because my elderly cat has changed her tastes, not due to the cat food itself). I'll be back.
